Am I required to store long-term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
When can I move in?
As long as there is a vacant unit available, you can move in anytime.
How much notice before moving out?
We ask that you give us a thirty (30) day notice.
Does someone need to let me in?
No at this time the gate is open, but when the gate system is installed (very soon) you will be given your own security gate code that will allow you 24-hour access to your unit.
How do I make a payment?
You may make a payment right on our website, by mail via check or money order OR in person at 108 Rystan Place, Morgantown, WV 26505. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings account or checking account monthly. You may bring cash to our office at 108 Rystan Place, Morgantown, WV 26505 during open office hours.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card or through electronic check. You can also set up automatic payments online.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids. No food! No propane tanks!
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is fully fenced. Coming soon - it will be a gated property with keypad entry, 24-hour video surveillance, and new lighting.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Online we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER cards, checks, money orders, or cashiers checks. If you choose to mail your payments, checks, money orders or cashiers checks. In person, we can accept cash.
How do I know how much storage space I need?
Use the size calculator and look at the pictures of the different units with items in them.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
Yes. You should use a disc lock or a heavy duty lock. They are available at all retail stores that sell locks or online.
